"To be or not to be" it has been for 1,5 years since I said myself that word which is arguably one of the most famous quotations in the world literature. In June 2006 when I graduated from Anatolia University in Turkey, I started looking for a job but everything was not going well as I expected. After graduating, I applied for the number of companies. Even thought they told me that they would call me back, nobody called me. Because the personal competitions between people have been increasing day after day as well as big companies have been looking for qualified employees who have good business skills. Furthermore, speaking another language, such as English and Spanish and so on is one of most important factors and advantages in order to get a job by passing your competitions. Therefore I said to myself that I would be differing from everyone to get the best job I wanted. First of all, what I have to do was to be able to learn English that was going to help me for succession at this competition.

Consequently I decided to learn English abroad. Even though I was criticized and nobody given me a chance to go to the U.S.A, nonetheless I finally came to the U.S.A. First time I had felt like a fish out of water that there were a lot of unusual things which I had never come across with. In addition, I had never studied English in Turkey before I came to the U.S.A that's why I wasn't able to understand people and this bad situation made me feel sad. Thus, first time everything was so hard to accommodate myself to the U.S.A. First I started going to the language school which is in San Francisco. After my English level became high intermediate, I started taking the TOEFL class in order to prepare the TOEFL Exam, one of the most difficult exams, because I was thinking about getting the MBA that is going to give me a good opportunity to develop my business skills. I continued going to the TOEFL class for 3 months. Thereafter I have taken the TOEFL exam twice. However, I couldn't get enough score. On the other word I didn't pass the TOEFL exam, but I improved my english in this class. On the other hand I was looking for some schools that didn't require me to pass the TOEFL exam. I found Lincoln University that was what I was looking for. Although, some of my friends who are still going to a language school told me not to go to Lincoln University and most people even do not know where Lincoln University is I didn't care what they were thinking about it and have chosen Lincoln University. In addition, there are three goals which should be done before going back to Turkey:

1-During the school I really would like to do an internship that is wonderful and effective way connects my experience with the professional work area.
2-I would like to graduate from Lincoln University successfully.
3-i would like to work for marketing company where I can communicate with customers and help them to be satisfaction. Also I would like to specialize in CRM(customer relationship management)

Moreover, I have chosen the leadership communication, written communication and critical thinking in this semester that I would like to improve my communication skills. What I believe is there must be eye contact, facial expression, gestures, posture and body orientation, proximity and also vocal in the good communications. I believe that every door may be opened by good communication. Furthermore, I would like to learn how to generate creative ideas spontaneously, usually for problem-solving, and especially in an intensive group discussion that does not allow time for reflection. The important thing is how to make a decision well and quickly at the significant times and develop my critical thinking skills through reading and writing....
